Hi my loves! I wanted to post this video to discuss my personal experience with growing my hair! It has been a long bumpy road thats for sure. I figured I had to tell you all i've been through with this mane of mine. There were a lot of things that caused my hair to not grow for the longest time! These are just tips i've personally used that personally worked for me. Everybody has different hair so what worked for me may not work for you :) I hope you enjoy this video! If you have any tricks or tips that worked for you PLEASE comment below! I love hearing other opinions :) Love you muffins! XOX Carli
**PS I haven't had my hair dyed since I had highlights put in a few months back. In October I had another keratin treatment and she put a dark brown glaze over my hair because the Keratin strips your color. I need my roots dyed so next time I dye my hair I will find out what color she uses! XO

Products Mentioned/Tips:
9. Exercise Regularly
I'm not talking EVERY day, because thats impossible. 2-3 Times a week get your heart pumping! It is SO beneficial for so many different reasons :)
If your hair STILL won't grow...
*I didn't even mention extensions in this video because I wanted to focus more on how I grew my natural hair :) BUT I still love and wear my Bellami Extensions! If you are interested in a pair, I recommend the 220g or the Lilly Hair. They are SUPER thick and luscious :) (I am not wearing any in this video) *Use code: Carlibel55 for $$ off!! HERE
1. Don't Cut Layers in your hair!
If you want your hair to grow long and thick.. keep it one length! Once you've reached your desired length, then start back up with the layers. Just make sure to keep a THICK bottom layer so the hair can continue to grow!
2. Don't Use Too Much Heat!
Try cutting down the amount of heat you use on your hair. Of course some heat isn't going to kill ya... but try cutting your usage down 50% For girls with super curly frizzy hair like me that prefer it straight - try out a GK Keratin treatment! It reduces all frizz and makes it MUCH easier to manage. It helped me cut down dramatically.
3. Avoid Any Damaging Treatments
I definitely do NOT recommend getting the Japanese straightening done to your hair. It was really cool for a short period of time, but severely damaged my hair. Also - if your hair is very damaged stay away from bleach/highlights. The key is to grow long healthy hair, not dry damaged hair.
4. Try A Supplement to Promote Hair Growth
The Biotin that I love can be found: HERE
5. Massage Your Scalp!
Try this cool Scalp Massager Thing: HERE or Massage your own scalp ;P
6. Frequent Trims
7. Deep Condition The Ends
I LOVE using a deep conditioner every time I wash my hair (every 3-4 days) This really helps keep it soft and healthy. As soon as I get out of the shower I ALWAYS apply a Argan Oil to my ends as well.
8. Drink lots of Water
Not just to grow your hair, but to be healthier!!!!9. Exercise Regularly
